Our annual company holiday party is a themed event that we hold for our best clients. We change the theme every year and have a reputation for going overboard. This event did not disappoint.

Our event this year was a circus theme, but to keep it upscale, we went with “Cirque du SunDance”.

Design

The design was a long, custom process that strived to incorporate bright colors and almost screaming a message of this being a fun event.

We Care About the Environment

At SunDance, we care about the environment! We strive to be environmental champions through conservation of resources and use of sustainable practices. SunDance was the first certified Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP) offset printer in Florida. SGP is the only whole facility sustainability certification program for the graphic communications industry. Unlike other single attribute certification programs, SGP requires printers to consider their entire facility when undergoing certification. Since SunDance’s initial certification SGP has performed a rigorous whole facility audit at SunDance every other year to help us maintain high sustainability standards.

SunDance is dedicated to being responsible stewards of our global ecosystem. Some of the many sustainability practices SunDance has adopted:

• Wherever possible, SunDance uses materials derived from renewable resources or with low environmental impact taking into account recycling and recovery efforts.
• When making investments in equipment, we always take into consideration their environmental impact.
• SunDance invested in a solvent recycler that recycles a majority of the solvent we use (1,027 gallons recycled in 2020). Recycling solvent on-site helps us protect scarce natural resources and reduces our environmental impact by allowing us to purchase less new solvent and produce less waste.
• We use low VOC solvents and vegetable-based inks.
• SunDance recycles 100% of our production paper waste and aluminium printing plates.
• The most eco-friendly practices start with consuming only what is necessary. We track the usage of raw materials, making a concerted effort to reduce consumption.
• We’ve innovated ways to reduce the time it takes to get our offset press ready for production by one third, less makeready means using much less paper, ink and solvents, further reducing our carbon footprint.
• SunDance is committed to continual improvement. We have teams that meet periodically to discuss and access ways to improve and streamline our internal processes. With each improvement, we strive to use less resources, recycle more materials, or produce less waste,
• By offering digital printing, SunDance gives our customers the ability to print exactly what they need when they need it most. This not only reduces the amount of waste due to the obsolescence of printed materials, but it gives customers the ability to ensure they are using the most up-to-date materials. • SunDance has also attained Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certification. This organization sets high standards to ensure forestry is practiced in an environmentally responsible, socially beneficial and economically viable way. The trade show booths were designed to immerse videogame players in each of the games at OTRONICON. The annual Orlando Electronic Interactive Entertainment Convention hosted by The Orlando Science Center allows science, art, technology, videogame, simulation and digital media companies to showcase their work.

Orlando Magic Hall of Fame Award

The Orlando Magic Hall of Fame honors and celebrates the great players, coaches and executives who have had a major impact during the team's history. The annual inductees are determined based on their overall contributions to the team and organization, both on and off the court, as well as their impact in the community.

The Orlando Magic turned to SunDance to help create the one of a kind Hall of Fame Award after SunDance won the 2013 NSF ADchievement Award for Best Sales Collateral for the 2012-2013 Orlando Magic Season Ticket "True Blue" Campaign.

Four Seasons Orlando Resort Wedding Folder

Not every print job is so unique that it gives you pause enough to even consider submitting it for an award. Of the many jobs we do, one such job made quite an impression.

The Wedding Folder for the Four Seasons Orlando Resort needed to embody the elegance of the occasion while being durable enough to hold everything necessary. Accomplishing this required a painstaking multi-step process on different machines to achieve the desired look.

When Arturo Barcelona approached us to design their new website, we were pretty excited. As a heavy hitter in upscale home design, we really wanted to create something that reflected who they were to their clients. After a few meetings, phone calls and a whole lot of brainstorming, the initial idea for their site finally surfaced. We wanted to showcase their down-to-earth style and elegance, offer their visitors a pleasant and memorable visit and leave them with Arturo Barcelona's key message: We break the mold.
