Q: What packaging materials does SunDance offer for custom boxes and carton?

A: We stock 14pt, 16pt, 18pt, and 24pt card stock in most sizes along with a full line of SBS and FBB boards. We have easy access to a variety of specialty stocks including recycled stock, bamboo stock, stone board and food grade FDA stocks. We are able to print on the outside AND on the inside of the box.

Q: Does SunDance offer flexible packaging such as pouches?

A: Yes. SunDance proudly offers flexible packaging, a popular type of packaging that is flexible, durable, portable, lighter, and is air-tight sealed to add security and freshness. Often referred to as "mylar pouches", our flexible pouches come in a variety of substrates. We offer sachets/packets, pouches, bags, flex sticks/ stick packs, and so much more.

Q: Can SunDance print custom labels?

A: Yes. SunDance offers label design and printing services with a wide selection of materials such as paper, film, foil, and clear labels. Our digital printing capabilities allows for variable data, variable images, and QR codes.

Q: What types of finishing techniques can I add to my custom carton or flex package?

A: We offer finishing techniques such as foil stamping, raised and regular UV, embossed printing, AQ coating, gloss and matte lamination, and so much more! Our finishing services add the finishing touches to create the ultimate finished look.

Q: Does SunDance offer FDA approved packaging?

A: Yes. We offer FDA approved packaging for direct and non-direct contact. We offer an assortment of FDA-approved food-safe paper, ink, and finishes.

Q: Can SunDance help me design my product box?

A: Yes. With our design and printing expertise, SunDance will help you find the best way to showcase your product. Our team is experienced at creating award-winning, unique packaging solutions with exceptional design and functionality.

Q: Is my artwork checked for errors and technical issues such as image resolution?

A: Yes. We include a free digital proof with every order. Your artwork is checked for technical issues before printing. Any issues found are either fixed or we will contact you if further action is needed.

Q: Is there a minimum order for product boxes?

A: We do not have a minimum order quantity however, we do have a minimum order value for product types depending on the print methods used. Please give us a call at 844-42-PRINT to inquire about our order minimums for your specific project.
