Print Sales Representative
SunDance Marketing Solutions is looking for a dynamic sales representative. SunDance is a communications company with a printing focus that is unlike most printers you have come across in your career. SunDance was formed in 2006 and has grown 200% since that first year by providing exceptional customer service, truly listening to clients and unequivocally standing behind what the company produces. SunDance's clients are a "who's who" list of companies in Central Florida and beyond.
Besides providing unrivaled levels of service, SunDance has invested more than $8 million into equipment and facilities to provide one stop shopping for its clients. SunDance produces offset, digital, large format, fulfillment, design, marketing and mailing all in-house. You and your clients will find us equally adept at running standard offset print jobs, building online storefronts, rolling out marketing campaigns, designing and creating one-off prototypes, sourcing promotional items, printing and hanging 80-foot banners or handling complicated fulfillment and mailing projects.
SunDance is currently seeking an Experienced Print Sales Representative to service existing clients as well as develop new business relationships. This position requires the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems and offer and present solutions to clients that solve business and marketing needs in addition to print needs.
Required Skills and Job Responsibilities:
- Extensive & successful commitment to developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to customers
- Ability to successfully sell complex solutions that incorporate multi-channel marketing and technology related to custom print, web, mail, package and fulfillment solutions

- General working knowledge of commercial and digital print and wide format. Mailing and Large Format is a plus.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements :
- A clear working knowledge of the commercial printing industry, with a minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial printing/packaging or a related field.
- 1 or more years in a customer service environment and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A strong computer aptitude and typing skills with experience in Microsoft Office, CRM’s, ERP’s, Tharstern experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Applicant should be able to communicate with customers and successfully relay that information on to other staff members.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service through both oral and written communications.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and work to create new customer relationships.
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and sample requests.
- Communicate fully with internal and external customers and follow-up promptly with quotes, requests, orders, and other tasks.

2nd Shift Pouching Operator Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate pouch-making machine and perform minor adjustments to machinery to ensure product quality
- Work closely with Quality Tech to ensure product quality
- Maintains product safety, legality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems
- Report any potential food safety, legality, quality, or food defense concerns to the Plant Manager or Quality personnel
- Must follow all company policies and procedures
- This is a safety sensitive position
- Review job ticket, dylux, HP or previous printed sample for finishing specifications.
- Make final prerun inspection. Obtain final run approval from supervisor or designated lead.
- Instruct and monitor performance of temporary personnel on equipment
- Monitor and record final part count on project ticket.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance as required.
- Assist in cross training backup operators.
- Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
- Other duties as may be assigned by supervisor
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Previous experience in the operation of a pouching machine or work in a printing environment is required!

Account Executive/Technical Sales – Flexible Packaging
SunDance is an innovative print communications company offering solutions in design, print, direct marketing, large format, fulfillment and packaging – labels, cartons and flexible. We are searching for the right player to join our growing sales team.
This position will be responsible for selling and growing SunDance’s Flexible Packaging Division. The ability to manage multiple types of projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service, internally and externally, is critically important.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor cutting, folding, and perfect binding equipment.
- Review job tickets, dylux, HP, or previously printed samples for finishing specifications.
- Conduct final prerun inspections and obtain approval from the supervisor or designated lead before proceeding.
- Communicate any issues that could delay the job to the shift supervisor or designated lead.
- Instruct and oversee the performance of temporary personnel on equipment.
- Monitor and record the final part count on the project ticket.
- Complete load tags to identify the job and attach them to the load.
- Ensure the delivery of completed projects to the next operation.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance as required.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills:
- Experience in the operation of folding and binding machinery or previous work in a printing environment is required.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
