The goal of this mail campaign, aimed towards admissions personnel in other collegiate settings, was to celebrate the close of the university’s 60th anniversary. The kit consisted of a custom box, the Estes model rocket, a decal sheet for personalizing your rocket, and a postcard with a message from the institute’s president, Dr. Dwayne McCay. These were then assembled and shipped with a custom FIT return label to recipients across North America. The rocket kit is a homage to FIT’s adventurous spirit; the model rocket is playful, attention-grabbing, and engages the recipient.

Sundance assisted in creating the layout and die line for the custom box to perfectly fit the kit’s contents. The finishes chosen, such as the gloss lamination applied to the box’s exterior, add to the sleek, stylish design- further encouraging the recipient to open it.

Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) is a private nonprofit research university based in Melbourne, on the “Space Coast” of Florida. Originally founded as Brevard Engineering College in 1958 to support NASA, the university celebrated its 60th anniversary last year.

AdventHealth C-Suite Summit 2019 Project

C Suite Executive Gift Box

AdventHealth’s objective was to provide the attendees of their C Suite Executive Summit with their first set of personalized executive stationery showcasing the new AdventHealth brand in a unique way.  Much like an expertly wrapped birthday gift, the presentation and design of this packaging creates an interactive and fun method of revealing the conference information and the new stationery set to the attendees of the summit.

SunDance was happy to bring the Executive Gift Box from concept to reality and add some special touches to ensure the piece really wowed the recipients.  Inside the box was a custom printed tray which held the embossed executive notecard set and was bundled with a silver diagonal ribbon. Adhered to the interior top lid was a pocket envelope which held a brochure with a message from the CEO as well as outline the details and schedule for their three day summit.  

AdventHealth’s mission is extending the healing ministry of Christ.  Their state of the art healthcare system includes 48 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout nine states.
