Prior to working at SunDance, Sean spent 10+ years working in print packaging out of Orlando, FL. Before focusing on sales, Sean worked in all areas of print, including production, planning, job estimating, customer service, and marketing. With his extensive experience, he possesses the unique ability to foresee potential roadblocks on projects and navigate around any hurdles that may arise. His expertise allows him to tackle challenges with precision and efficiency, ensuring that projects are completed successfully and on time.

Specializing in labels, folding cartons, and flexible packaging, Sean has the proven capability to help his clients grow their brands while lowering operation and shipping costs by utilizing digital print for their packaging needs. With experience in all aspects of print, he can help find the solution that uniquely fits each client's individual requirements. His favorite part of the job is meeting new clients and figuring out how to make their packaging and print process as streamlined and painless as possible.

Prior to his career in print, Sean was born and raised in Orlando. He graduated from UCF with a degree in Organizational Communications. Sean currently resides in Winter Garden with his wife Maria and infant son Thomas.

Marissa is an Orlando native, bringing over ten years of experience in sales and marketing to the SunDance team. She has had the opportunity to work with several fast-paced, client-service-oriented brands throughout her career in Florida. Her industry experience includes retail, hospitality, and real estate, working with both the public and private sectors. Marissa is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and Valencia College, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration for Marketing and a Technical Certificate in Graphic Design. Her passion for marketing and design is apparent in every project she participates in. In her personal time, Marissa enjoys photography and being outdoors. She is always looking for new inspiration and ways to apply her creativity.

As a successful working artist, Joanna brings a unique perspective to every customer’s printing project. With over twenty years in the fine art and wide format printing industry and plenty of hands-on experience, she understands attention to detail, quality materials, and a dash of creativity is key in producing a piece that you are proud to stand behind. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to explore “outside the box” solutions to difficult or unusual printing requests make her a welcome addition to the SunDance team.

When she is not creating commissioned equestrian artwork for her clients or art galleries she is often found jumping over fences on her Thoroughbred horse or relaxing at home with her husband and their four dogs, two cats, three turtles, and African Grey parrot. She is also an accomplished violinist, avid amateur kayaker, and is extremely uncomfortable talking about herself in the third person.

Before joining the SunDance team, Thomas worked for six years at a Kansas-based direct mail advertising company. The company’s small size allowed him to learn all of the steps involved with the direct mail process such as sales, job quoting, account management, and more. He enjoys talking and planning with customers about direct mail marketing to produce successful results.

Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Sterling College (Sterling, Kansas) in 2012 and received his MBA degree from Tabor College (Wichita, Kansas) in 2016. In his personal life, Thomas is a proud husband and father of two young children. He enjoys being active in church, volunteering with kids youth sports, and cheering on his favourite team, the Kansas City Chiefs.

Steve is a rare 4th generation Floridian with a true passion to work with the Florida market and community. He and his wife grew up in Central Florida and are now proud new parents raising their son here.

Born in the Northeast, but raised in Central Florida, Pia’s wealth of print industry experience puts her right at home with even the most intricate of projects.She started her advertising career as a graphic designer before moving into her true love, print production. Over the years, Pia added experience as print production manager, studio manager, account executive, marketing manager, operations director, and business owner to her resume. This varied experience makes her the perfect resource for clients learning to navigate the intricate world of print, but don’t worry, she makes everything seem easy.

After working in the Orlando, Las Vegas, and Nashville markets, Pia spent 5 years on Madison Avenue. There she orchestrated the launch of fresh new nationwide brands, as well as rebranding well-loved names, including transforming every NASCAR venue from the Winston Cup into the Nextel Cup. With big city ad agency experience under her belt, Pia started her own promo products company in 2007, the very year SunDance got its start. In 2010, she returned to Central Florida with her eye on our year-round golf-friendly weather and fresh new challenges in the print market.
