Born in the Northeast, but raised in Central Florida, Pia’s wealth of print industry experience puts her right at home with even the most intricate of projects.She started her advertising career as a graphic designer before moving into her true love, print production. Over the years, Pia added experience as print production manager, studio manager, account executive, marketing manager, operations director, and business owner to her resume. This varied experience makes her the perfect resource for clients learning to navigate the intricate world of print, but don’t worry, she makes everything seem easy.

After working in the Orlando, Las Vegas, and Nashville markets, Pia spent 5 years on Madison Avenue. There she orchestrated the launch of fresh new nationwide brands, as well as rebranding well-loved names, including transforming every NASCAR venue from the Winston Cup into the Nextel Cup. With big city ad agency experience under her belt, Pia started her own promo products company in 2007, the very year SunDance got its start. In 2010, she returned to Central Florida with her eye on our year-round golf-friendly weather and fresh new challenges in the print market.

Kandi Johansmeyer

Kandi Johansmeyer manages the SunDance Sales Team and Marketing Group, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in marketing, manufacturing and management. Her proven brand management track record spans a number of industries, including travel/leisure, hoteliers, residential builders, horticulture, vacation ownership and higher education. This wealth of experience allows her to easily adapt relevant sales and marketing strategies based on selling environment and audience.

Kandi's unique perspective, combined with a deep understanding of the Central Florida business climate, makes her a dynamic sales and marketing leader. Her personal approach focuses on building relationships with prospective and current customers through collaborative communication across multi-channel marketing efforts, allowing her to enhance the overall customer experience while building brands with substance and quality.

Keith Kent

Keith Kent's career in printing began with a six-year Indentured Apprenticeship as a Press Operator in London, England where he specialized in Letterpress and Offset Lithography. He received a degree in printing at the age of 21 before spending 12 years in South Africa where he managed a plant producing Silk Screen Letterpress and Offset Printing with over 120 employees. He then came to the US in 1976 and has been in all aspects of Printing Sales and Printing Management since, joining the SunDance team in 2016.

Scott Ludwig

There are few people that can say they have done nearly every job in their industry. Scott Ludwig is one of the few. Having the experience of every aspect of the printing industry, Scott brings it all to the table on behalf of his clients.

Scott started out his printing career in St. Louis in 1979 at the age of nineteen as a delivery driver. He worked his way up to a Folder and Press Operator before branching out into Production Management, Fulfillment, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales and Account Management.

As if that's not impressive enough, he recently completed the two year remodel of a 90 year old home. Scott is also an avid Rodeo fan and was even a Bull Riding Participant for a number of years.
