Kandi Johansmeyer

Kandi Johansmeyer manages the SunDance Sales Team and Marketing Group, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in marketing, manufacturing and management. Her proven brand management track record spans a number of industries, including travel/leisure, hoteliers, residential builders, horticulture, vacation ownership and higher education. This wealth of experience allows her to easily adapt relevant sales and marketing strategies based on selling environment and audience.

Kandi's unique perspective, combined with a deep understanding of the Central Florida business climate, makes her a dynamic sales and marketing leader. Her personal approach focuses on building relationships with prospective and current customers through collaborative communication across multi-channel marketing efforts, allowing her to enhance the overall customer experience while building brands with substance and quality.

Kathie Doxie

A native Floridian, Kathie started her career as a commercial artist for Dallas area newspapers in the 1980s. Longing for the sound of the waves hitting the shore, she returned to her hometown of Daytona Beach and obtained her Industrial Psychology degree from the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation she immediately put her new degree and previous production experience into action as production management overseeing design, prepress, printing, manufacturing and distribution. Working in an ever changing environment with emerging technologies, Kathie embarked on a journey to find a new home where she could deliver unique data-driven solutions while providing an exceptional customer experience, leaading her to SunDance. Kathie’s role is to merge her technical knowledge, love of the Daytona area and her concierge service as the east coast sales executive for Volusia County.

Tom Atkinson

Tom Atkinson is a Senior Account Executive at SunDance with expertise in assessing and solving customers’ challenges. His clients are comprised of a variety of industries; Hospitality, FDA Packaging and Printing, Higher Education, Performing Arts and Theme Parks to name a few.

Tom studied at Kent State University and holds a degree in Art Education. Tom is an active alumni volunteer for his fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon and was the president of his chapter. The attention to detail and management skills he acquired there make him uniquely qualified to handle the most complex marketing projects. Tom treats each client’s job as a work of art, working together with the SunDance team and balancing their skills to achieve the perfect final piece. In this way, Tom brings a unique approach to solving challenges and proving an ROI for his client’s.

Tom’s years of experience add up to a wealth of knowledge in building customer relations and long term solutions to grow his client’s business. He continues to provide superior customer service through his time management skills, product knowledge, and innovate solutions. These skills empower Tom to provide both highly detailed collaborations and faster turn-key style solutions.

Katie Loschiavo

With her positive outlook and fresh new perspective, Katie has become an intricate part of the SunDance team. Katie graduated from Auburn University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, with a minor in Business and concentration in Marketing. After graduation, she spent the next year and a half in the non-profit industry gaining valuable fundraising and development experience. Since then, she has become an expert in many different areas of print, such as the Healthcare Industry. She stays on top of the latest social media and marketing trends and is passionate about sharing her findings with clients.
