Random Acts of Kindness

In 2024 AdventHealth Orlando’s goal was to create a moment with employees as part of their Feeling Whole campaign. SunDance worked with AdventHealth to create an interactive card booth for their Executive Leadership Conference. Leaders in AdventHealth across Central Florida interacted with the booth by pushing a red button and receiving a card with an idea for a  random act of kindness such as “Let someone go in front of you the next time you do errands,” “Pay it forward to the person behind you in line,” “Return someone’s shopping cart for them,” and “Smile at five strangers today.” The booths were constructed onsite by SunDance to provide a unique and engaging experience for AdventHealth Executive Leaders.

They were such a hit the company continued them into 2026, this time for their Motivated by Mission campaign. Employees are prompted to “Take one for daily inspiration,” receiving a “Random Acts of Heart” card with an instruction like “Praise a coworker for a recent project they worked hard on,” “Learn something new about someone,” and even several quick ways to “get your heart pumping!”
