Designed to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, this Custom-Shaped Shamrock Pouch demonstrates SunDance’s advanced die-cut pouch capabilities. Produced using a 48G MET PET/3MIL PE COEX film structure for optimal barrier protection, the pouch was digitally printed on our HP Indigo press, laminated with a gloss OPP film, and finished with holographic Cast & Cure to maximize shelf impact. A custom-shaped die enabled the precise creation of the shamrock shape, while a bottom gusset and a hidden press-to-close zipper added both structure and functionality.

This project is a standout example of what’s possible when creative concepting meets precision manufacturing. From substrate selection and structural engineering to advanced embellishments and custom die-cutting, every detail was thoughtfully executed in-house to push the boundaries of flexible packaging. The result? A high-impact, shaped pouch that’s festive, functional, and retail-ready.
