Dr Phillips Center Gala Invitation Box
As the grand finale of its celebratory 10th anniversary season, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts designed a very special event. The gala would include cocktails in the Della Phillips Grand Lobby, dinner in spectacular Steinmetz Hall, a joyful and dynamic concert by Grammy and Oscar-winning artist Jon Batiste, and post-show dessert and champagne.
The method of presenting donors with tickets needed to live up to the style of the vibrant event. At SunDance we love helping our clients create luxurious experiences.
The Components
The front of the box presents with the Dr. Phillips Center signature Four Count symbol and iconic tenth anniversary logo highlighted with gold foil on an elegant navy blue background. Sliding it open reveals more gold foil and a special message for the table hosts, nestled in a custom-cut niche. All the components include a Soft Touch coating, showcasing a tactile luxury.
This is followed by four custom, gold-foiled envelopes that each contained two event tickets, a complimentary valet parking pass, and details about the event. SunDance was able to handle the variable data of different ticket and table numbers, thoughtfully packaged and discreetly temporarily labeled so they would be sure to be delivered to the correct recipient.
The Goal
Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts has ‘welcome’ as a guiding principle of their design and programming. Each component of the donor box welcomed the guests to experience the beauty of the arts on this special evening, an appropriate celebration of the art center’s decade of community outreach.
