SunDance recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey using a third-party survey house, reflecting that respondents were universally Very Satisfied with their sales people and customer service representative and willing to act as references for the company. “We pride ourselves on entering into productive partnerships with our customers,” Ruggieri added, “and we are always looking for ways to improve and new investments to make in order to maintain an exceptional level of customer service. Our recognition on the Inc. 5000 list validates that those efforts are delivering results.”
