Gold ADDY Award WINNER!
SunDance is proud to be included in the elite group of winners of the 2021 Daytona Beach AdFed Awards! The American Advertising Awards, home of the ADDY Award, is one of the industry’s largest creative competitions, attracting nearly 35,000 professional and student entries each year. ADDY Awards serve to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in advertising. We are so excited and grateful to have received such prestige recognition but we could not have done it without the help of our talent graphic designer, Dori Hejtmanek, our senior account executive, Kathie Doxie, and our fabulous account manager, Sheri Russo. They truly brought the client’s vision to life and drove home the beauty of the event’s location which was the main goal of the “Save the Date” package.
About the project
Richard Coffman Consulting, in conjunction with A-plus Meetings, worked with BioTe Medical Company to develop a concept for a special “Save the Date” package. The package was specifically designed for C-suite level attendees for their upcoming medical conference. The event will be at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, Fernandina Beach, Florida. As mentioned above, the main goal of the “Save the Date” package was to drive home the beauty of the area. A pewter turtle lapel pin (similar to the Congress’s label pins) was incorporated in the package and used as the attendee’s entry pin. The turtle lapel pin was placed on a “Sand laminate” tray depicting the ocean shore inside of a soft touch laminate box with a raised UV logo. The official invite was enclosed in a beautiful translucent vellum envelope which evoked the theme of a shoreline. The SunDance team loved bringing this idea to life and it makes us so happy to have exceeded our customer’s expectations once again.
As a successful working artist, Joanna brings a unique perspective to every customer’s printing project. With over twenty years in the fine art and wide format printing industry and plenty of hands-on experience, she understands that attention to detail, quality materials, and a dash of creativity is key in producing a piece that you are proud to stand behind. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to explore “outside the box” solutions to difficult or unusual printing requests make her a welcome addition to the SunDance team. When she is not creating commissioned equestrian artwork for her clients or art galleries she is often found jumping over fences on her Thoroughbred horse or relaxing at home with her husband and their four dogs, two cats, three turtles, and African Grey parrot. She is also an accomplished violinist, avid amateur kayaker, and is extremely uncomfortable talking about herself in the third person.
