Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, professional oral and written communication.
Sustain and strengthen existing customer relationships while actively supporting the development of new accounts.
Accurately prepare and process quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and sample requests.
Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on all quotes, requests, and order-related matters.
Collaborate closely with sales representatives, administrative staff, production teams, suppliers, and customers to coordinate pricing, technical specifications, scheduling, and project requirements.
Provide consultative guidance to customers, recommending best practices and solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
Learn and communicate effectively about graphic communication topics, including design principles, printing processes (offset, digital, wide format, and packaging), paper and substrate options, finishing, and postal specifications.
Support inventory, invoicing, and purchasing workflows as appropriate.

Qualifications:
Clear working knowledge of the packaging and printing industry, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial printing/packaging or 5+ years as a customer service professional in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated commitment to customer care, satisfaction, and advocacy.
Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems required (Tharstern experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable information for internal teams.
Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

1st or 2nd Shift Bindery/Folder Operator/Stitcher Operator/Perfect Bound Operator
We are seeking a skilled Bindery/Folder Operator to join our team. The Bindery/Folder Operator will be responsible for operating machinery used in the bindery and finishing department to fold, collate, and finish printed materials according to job specifications. The Bindery/Folder Operator will ensure that all finished products meet quality standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor cutting, folding, stitching and perfect binding equipment.
Review job tickets, dylux, HP, or previously printed samples for finishing specifications.
Conduct final rerun inspections and obtain approval from the supervisor or designated lead before proceeding.
Communicate any issues that could delay the job to the shift supervisor or designated lead.
Instruct and oversee the performance of temporary personnel on equipment.
Monitor and record the final part count on the project ticket.
Complete load tags to identify the job and attach them to the load.
Ensure the delivery of completed projects to the next operation.
Perform routine preventative maintenance as required.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills:
Experience in the operation of folding and binding machinery or previous work in a printing environment is required.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
