From plate to paper, our sheetfed offset presses are guaranteed to impress. Our brand new Akiyama 6-color press with aqueous coater can print on sheets up to 28x40 inches. We also have a medium-format Sakurai 5-color press that can offer faster turnaround and competitive pricing on small runs. And for even better small run or variable data technology, our HP Indigo Digital Press offers the stunning quality of offset print with the ecological, budget-friendly, flexible technology of digital printing.
Putting it all together is the last step. Our in-house bindery department can handle all of the steps that will turn your document from pages to a perfectly produced, bound piece.
There are a number of binding methods available including spiral binding (e.g., booklets, notepads, calendars ), stitched binding (e.g., small booklets, calendars), perfect binding (e.g., booklets, paperback novels), thermal binding (booklets, catalogs), and case binding (e.g., hardcover books). Finishing your document may also involve hole punching, scoring, folding, collating, die-cutting, gluing, and trimming. The term, bindery, has in recent years expanded to include other forms of paper finishing, including lamination, and foamcore mounting (e.g., Gator board and Sintra board).
The women-owned bindery of SunDance Marketing Solutions has the people and machines to meet all of your document finishing needs. Our experienced bindery workers have an eye for detail and only use machinery from leading manufacturers, such as Heidelberg and Standard Horizon. This equipment introduces a high level of automation, which helps us to complete high volume orders accurately and quickly. It also enables us to bind large printed materials with sizes up to 12.5 inches x 12.5 inches and binding thicknesses up to 2.1 inches.
